By downloading, installing, or using the 7 AI mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

7 AI provides access to multiple artificial intelligence assistants and creative tools, including:

• AI chat with various language models
• AI-powered image generation
• AI-powered video generation
• Community features for sharing and discovering content

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Credit System and Payments

4.1 Credits

Our App uses a credit-based system. Credits are required to use AI features and are consumed based on usage.

4.2 Purchases

Credit purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

4.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. We do not directly process refunds for App Store purchases.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the App to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Spread misinformation or deceptive content
• Attempt to bypass security measures or abuse the service
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Generate content depicting minors in inappropriate situations
• Create deepfakes or non-consensual imagery of real people

6. Content Ownership

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the prompts and inputs you provide. However, you grant us a license to process this content to provide our services.

6.2 Generated Content

AI-generated content may be subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers. Generally, you may use generated content for personal and commercial purposes, subject to applicable laws and these Terms.

6.3 Community Content

By sharing content in our community features, you grant other users the right to view and interact with your shared content according to your privacy settings.

7. Third-Party Services

Our App integrates with third-party AI providers. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms:

8. Disclaimers

8.3 No Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
